Kathy Brier’s fiery portrayal of Marcie McBain on One Life to Live has had a profound impact on me personally, as well as on millions of soap viewers. Unfortunately, news of her firing from the show came days after this interview took place on Soapnet’s “Rock the Soap Cruise.”
The ABC publicist has declined to make Ms. Brier available for follow-up comment about the contents of this interview, pending the conclusion of her storyline.
So we’re left to wonder: Did she know she was leaving? Some have speculated she did, but I leave it to you the Thinking Fan to decide for yourself.
